I really don't want to, I have been working on the Mac for the last 24 hours and its fantastic much better than the alternatives but I am stuck.Īny help greatly appreciated but please bare in mind I am a complete tech phobe so explain anything in laymans terms as much as possible, thanks in advance.
I am now lost as to what I can do, replacing the printer is not an option I am the only one running a Mac, the service adviser mentioned a postscript card however due to the lease etc we have to purchase from them and it is not cost effective.Ĭan anyone offer me any advice or a solution before I pack the Mac back up and return it and go back to a Windows laptop. I spoke with the manufacturer who managed to set me up with an ability to print but it is black and white only and very grainy no good for a professional business.
RICOH PRINTER DRIVER MP C3003 WINDOWS 10 DRIVERS
I thought I was home and dry until I came into the office and needed to print, we have a Ricoh MP C3003 as above and even though I have installed the drivers no joy the printer whirs up and then nothing. In our business we use some web based programs that are windows only compatible so I have installed windows 10 via parallels onto the Mac and no problems everything works.
This weekend I was pursuaded to upgrade from a windows laptop to a MacBook Air, I was told the overall performance and longevity would be better, I had some reservations as everyone I work with uses windows but I was assured that the Mac would be compatible no problems.
